Prepare the Package
Carefully fold the garment and place it back in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, labels, and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a courier to collect the package from your doorstep at a scheduled time that suits your convenience.
Quality Check and Refund
After our studio team inspects the item to ensure it is in unworn condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
